Guests that are interested in making a booking are able to check availability of your listing on your listing page. Note, as a host, you can synchronize you calendar across bookings platforms with our iCal Calendar Sync integration.

Guests are able to reach out to hosts with specific questions prior to booking via the listing page (if a guest sends you any communications, you will be notified by Nomacasa via email). Once a prospective guest selects their desired dates, they will be shown a breakdown of their booking amount inclusive of all fees and expenses and will be able to “request to book”. You will receive an email from Nomacasa regarding the booking inquiry, which will look similar to the below:

You will be able to review and approve the booking inquiry via the link provided in the email, or your Hosting Inbox in the top right corner of our website. In addition, you will see a field labeled “Activity”, which includes a timeline of the booking request as well as any messages that have been sent.

The messaging portal will remain active for the duration of a guest’s stay; this is the primary recommended mode of communication in order to maintain a record of communication with guests. Direct communications with guests outside of our Activity messaging portal may not be used to resolve any issues that arise with guests.
