🎉 Congratulations! If you have made it this far, you have been approved to list your home on Nomacasa (for those seeking to have their homes approved to be added to the Nomacasa portfolio, you can apply here)! Below are detailed instructions to list your home once you have been approved.

Table of contents:
Description
- Name of your home: Naming your listing is at the host’s discretion, however [please ensure that you use a different name from you listings on other bookings platforms] . We’ve found that creative / inspiring names (e.g. Yosemite work remote paradise, Joshua Tree Villa under the stars).
- Description: Add a description of the home, similar to descriptions included on other listing platforms. Be honest and descriptive, allowing the customer to envision being in the space. We also encourage you to let your personality and the story of the space shine through in a way that captures the romanticism of travel! Please be sure to highlight key amenities (beds and baths, jacuzzi, etc.), indoor and outdoor spaces, and please be sure to highlight any and all remote work amenities offered (highlight Wi-Fi speeds, number of desks, standing desks, monitors / docking stations, etc.). Note, as you write more, the text box will increase in size to fit all of your text / the full description.
- Home type: The vast majority of listings on our platforms will be homes or cabins. If listing an apartment or something else, please indicate as such.
Amenities
- Select each relevant amenity category. If you are unsure about whether you offer a certain category, exclude it and contact [support]@nomacsa.com to discuss the facts and circumstances. The best rule of thumb is to err on the side of caution and under-promise / over-deliver!
Home Rules / Cancellation Policy
- House Rules: include any and all house rules relevant to your property. This may include number of guests / cars, music / quiet hours, restrictions on photoshoots / events, outside guests, areas that are off limits to guests.
- [Cancellation Policy]: At present, we do not have the ability to set automated / dynamic cancellation & refund policies and procedures (see the Cancelations page). In lieu of this technical functionality, hosts must outline their cancellation policy in their listing, and if a guest would like to cancel their stay, refunds will need to be manually executed by the host back to the guest, at the host’s discretion. We require all hosts honor their defined cancelation policies.
Location
- As currently interfaced, exact address that you input will show up on the host’s listing. For hosts concerned with privacy, we recommend just using the street name (i.e. no number) for their listing! When bookings are confirmed, the host will need to make sure to provide the number of the host’s home as part of the check-in instructions.
- Showing a general radius around the host’s address on the listing is in our product development pipeline.
Pricing
- At launch, hosts will be able to set a static price. We are currently working on a weekday discount feature; however, it is not yet available.
- Important: We are working on separately breaking out transient occupancy taxes and cleaning fees in our bookings. For the time-being, please include both the TOT charge and cleaning fees built into the host’s nightly rate. We realize that this is a rather clunky way to do handle pricing, but we are actively working on updating this feature so that the various components of bookings charges can be broken down and aligned with other bookings platforms.
Availability
- This feature gives hosts the opportunity to manually block off days that they would like to make unavailable for booking when they first bring their listing live.
