If there are any issues that arise resulting in property damage or additional cleaning costs, hosts will initially work directly with guests to resolve the issue. Some guests may not be aware of any damage, and guests may be willing to any issues with the host directly.

If the guest is unresponsive or the issue is not resolved in a satisfactory manor to both parties, hosts can engage the Customer Support team at [email protected] so that we can step in to remediate the disputes and help to collect money for damages if and when necessary.
