Nomacasa’s fee structure is exceedingly transparent and simple:

• Host Listing Fee: 5% of total booking value (including transient occupancy taxes and cleaning fees) charged to the host
• Guest Booking Fee: 7% of total booking value (including transient occupancy taxes and cleaning fees) charged to the guest

Nomacasa incurs a number of operational and overhead expenses to operate and deliver exceptional service to its hosts and guests alike. The host and guest fees are critical to ensure that Nomacasa can on its mission years to come!

Many other prominent bookings platforms have variable fee structures depending on the home, location, season, day of the week, length of stay, etc. On average, we believe that our all in fee (host + guest fees are 12%) is materially lower than other bookings platforms (based on our research, Airbnb charges 16% on average) .

Additional charges for add-ons such as chefs, bartenders, yoga instructors, etc. will be charged separately.
