In addition to our guest verification procedures (see Verifying Guests page), hosts have the opportunity to review guests following their stay.

Following a stay, both guests and hosts will be sent an email to to review each other. The review system includes both a 1-5 star tiered ratings system as well as written reviews. Any low ratings of both hosts will be reviewed by Nomacasa staff and investigated if needed.

Reviews for both hosts and guests will be public for host reviews, and hosts will see guest reviews when guests submit bookings requests.
